  FORMS OF PAYMENTS  

We accept Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You may also mail in your order with a money order. When you are mailing in a money order please call us first at 772-807-4646 (within FL) or 888-4TACERI (outside FL) to confirm that we have the item in stock, we will then hold your item for 7 days to allow time to receive the money order. If payment is not received within 7 days your item will be restocked. Please complete the order form and mail the form along with your payment to:

  SHIPPING  

There is a $9.95 shipping charge on all orders shipped to an address within the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, you will receive your order in 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Please note, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

If you need your shoes in a hurry we offer Express Shipping at an additional charge.

 
 
  EXPRESS SHIPPING*  

We offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3rd day Select shipping. The charge for Express Service is $30.00 for 2nd Day Air and $20.00 for 3rd day air in the U.S. Please call us for overnight rates.

 
 
  OUTSIDE THE U.S.  

If you live outside of the U.S., please select International Airmail $35.00 as your shipping method.  Depending on your location, you can generally expect delivery within 5 -10 business days.  If you would like expedited delivery please email us at customerservice@taceri.com and we will provide you with alternate shipping options.  Duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

 
 
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

If you are not satisfied with your shoe purchase for any reason, please return the unworn shoes, in the original box, within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, minus the shipping costs (if applicable). Shoes that are not returned within 10 days will be issued a store credit. (Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions).

Please include a copy of the original invoice along with a copy of the Return and Exchange Form with your return and mail to:
